2:41Now PlayingAll the 32 accused in the Babri Masjid Demolition Case have been acquitted. The verdict was pronounced by Special CBI Court Judge SK Yadav in Lucknow stating that the ‘Babri Masjid Demolition was not pre-planned’. The CBI has presented investigation documentation of over 2000 pages.
Reacting to the verdict, BJP leader and one of the accused Murli Manohar Joshi said that ‘It is now proven that no conspiracy was hatched. The act was not planned, it was spontaneous. We are happy, everyone should now be excited about Ram Mandir's construction’. He further went on to chant saying ‘Truth has triumphed. Jai Shri Ram!'
