3:03Now PlayingKerala Gold Smuggling case: Enforcement Directorate has submitted a report to the Ernakulam Court stating the three accused in the case should not be granted bail. Sarith, Swapna Suresh and Sandeep have been the accused in this money laundering case.
The ED states that the investigation has established that the three accused have committed an offence of money laundering under the PMLA Act. The hearing in this matter is slated to take place on Friday. Mirror Now's Vivek says the Enforcement Directorate has raised some serious allegations in the chargesheet. Enforcement Directorate has managed to retrieve WhatsApp chats between M Shivashankar and Swapna Suresh which shows the alleged link.
