The NCB had then arrested her and her brother Showik.
Rhea Chakraborty's bail plea was rejected rejected twice by the lower courts. Finally today the Bombay High Court has granted her bail. The court clearly stated that there was no evidence to show that she was a part of drug syndicate and that she has not committed any crime but her brother Showik's bail plea has been rejected by the court.
