Punjab sportspersons are expected to reach Delhi tonight or early morning tomorrow in order to return their awards publicly in front of the Rashtrapati Bhavan. The athletes are going to come from Ludhiana, Fatehgarh, and several other places in Punjab. 29 athletes are expected to come so far, some of them have even represented India internationally in the Olympics as well. This will be a demonstration to show support to the farmers protesting in Delhi. The athletes are of the view that 'injustice' is being done to the farmers by the current government. Therefore, they are supporting the farmers.
