He has won a 1 million dollar Global Teacher Award.
The winner of the Global Teacher Prize, Ranjitsinh Disale says, "I believe that a collaborative effort of top 10 teachers, will make the world a better place & that's why I decided to share the prize money. What matters the most is to believe in the girls' education. Once a girl is educated, it benefits two families."
