The current National Family Health survey was conducted on 6.1 lakh sample households. It involves household-level interviews to collect information on population, health, family planning and nutrition-related indicators.
The Senior Research Fellow at International Food Policy Research Delhi Dr Purnima Menon says that We should be very concerned about this survey. Need to focus on states where there has been a rise of malnutrition and obesity cases.
