It will not pass orders or punish anyone. The top court has said that there is a need of a committee to resolve the dispute between the farmers and the govt. The court has also asked the farmers to cooperate with it in order to resolve the issue. On the other hand, farmers have refused to appear before any committee. Meanwhile, hearing of plea seeking removal of farmers from the border has resumed.
