He said that it will be available in the open market only when the prime targets, that is the people on the frontline and healthcare workers will be vaccinated and there is an equivalence of supply-demand. Earlier, during the first phase of the COVID vaccine drive, the AIIMS chief was administered the first vaccine shot against the novel coronavirus along with one lakh other healthcare workers in January 2021.
