3:08Now PlayingFollowing an increase in Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra, the Centre has given a stern alert to the state government, advising it to prepare for a "worst-case scenario" in the months ahead. Rajesh Bhushan, the state's health minister, has written to the state's chief secretary, warning him about the administration's lack of touch tracing activities and urging him to concentrate on strict and efficient containment strategies.
Nawab Malik, Minister of minority development, said that the people of Maharashtra and Mumbai are not following the guidelines. People don't wear masks and don't follow the various covid norms. Authorities are also taking preventive measures and are trying to ensure all the norms but only government cannot curb the situation alone. It is everybody's responsibility.
