When some television reporters caught the gardener, Halke Ram, collecting swabs from citizens for testing at the hospital in Sanchi, a world heritage site 50 kilometers from Bhopal, the incident became public. Due to a lack of employees, Block Medical Officer (BMO) Dr Rajyashri Tidke told PTI on Tuesday that the gardener was used to collect samples. Watch the full video!
