He also states the government has decided to divert 3 lakh doses for the same purpose. He has suggested the state to use their own stocks to vaccinate 45+ age group receivers with their second doses first. This is quite contrary to the previous verdicts where 45+ age group vaccination centers were halted to provide for age 18+ age group with jabs as the new strain reportedly had been more effective and visible in teens and youngsters.
