The Delhi Police busted a major trafficking ring last week, of which Kalra is the main accused. At a time when the national capital is facing an acute oxygen shortage resulting in the loss of lives of many, Kalra and his associates have been accused of running an oxygen black marketing ring. The police claim to have recovered several oxygen concentrators from the restaurants in Khan Market owned by Navneet Kalra who has been absconding since then.
