People's Alliance for Gupkar Declaration will be meeting tomorrow at Farooq Abdullah's residence. In fact that the parties will be discussing the issue that came up recently during an all-party meeting in Delhi that was chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Now regional parties will be talking about issues like delimitation, statehood as well as restoration of constitutional rights. But what was more important that as Prime Minister has told all parties to take part in the delimitation exercise. That will be the main agenda of the meeting.
