4:10Now PlayingThe Supreme Court has dismissed the Delhi Government’s appeal on the levy of the annual fee and the developmental charges by Delhi’s Private Schools. SC’s bench led by Justice Khanwilkar has asked the government to raise the issues before the High Court's division bench. This petition was filed by the Delhi government being heard in SC, challenging the May 31st order of single bench judge of Delhi High court. This bench allowed the private unaided schools in Delhi to collect annual fees and development charges. The charges range between Rs. 25,000-35,000 per student for the period after the lockdown lifted in the city last year 2020. Watch the video to know more!
