4:10Now PlayingGulshan Kumar Murder Case: Almost after 24 years of the Death of the Greatest Bollywood Singer Gulshan Kumar, the Bombay High Court pronounced the verdict in the Gulshan Kumar murder case. Gulshan Kumar, the founder of T-Series, was killed on August 12, 1997, in the Juhu area of Mumbai. Several people were arrested as suspects and were prosecuted. The Sessions Judge ML Tahilyani sentenced Abdul Rauf alias Daud Merchant to life imprisonment in April 2002. The merchant was one of the assassins in the murder case. The appeal filed by him and the state against the acquittal of some accused was decided today by a bench of Justice Jadhav and Justice Borkar, and the bench decided to uphold the Rauf Merchant's Conviction.
