Speaking at the India Global forum Minister said that Twitter blocked his account last week for an hour on a complaint made four years ago. Calling for accountability minister reiterated that social media platforms are free to do business in the country and make a profit but have to abide by law of the land Remember Twitter and the Centre had been loggerheads over compliant with the new IT rules.
