3:45Now PlayingThe People's Alliance for the Gupkar Declaration (PAGD), a coalition of five Jammu and Kashmir political groups, expressed disappointment on Monday with the outcome of its meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on June 24. The CBMs would have started the much-needed process of reaching out to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, who were the greatest stakeholders and victims of the situation, according to Gupkar alliance spokesman M.Y. Tarigami. The alliance's stance is significant because it comes just one day before the J&K Delimitation Commission visits the Union Territory to meet with political parties, civil society organizations, and government officials.
