Since there was no end to the rough-and-tumble by schools, the department of public instruction went ahead and set up a grievance cell for fee-related issues in all districts in February 2021. However, parents allege that students have been target by managements and hence they also been blocked from online classes.
Ruling out any reduction in school fees for the 2021-22 academic year, an association of private schools defended their actions for demanding hundred percent fees as the enrolment had dropped.
