But now the accused named, Parashu got arrested by the local police at Kumta Railway Station and taken into custody. The information was given by the passers and the police immediately contacted the bus conductor. As per the information given by the conductor, the accused had got down from the bus at Kumta. As you can see in the visuals, the accused was carrying the child in his arms and can be seen in the CCTV footage. Both the child and the abductor have been brought to Udupi on Monday Morning.
