1:33Now PlayingThe first verdict in the North East Delhi Riots Case has now come in, wherein a Delhi Court has acquitted the sole accused in the case. This was after the Court observed that the testimonies of the witnesses were contradictory and that the identification of the accused is not possible. The sole accused has now been acquitted of all the charges by the Delhi Court. Unprecedented riots were witnessed in Delhi in February 2020, after the Anti-CAA protests broke out in several parts of the National Capital. Riots in North-East Delhi soon became ugly and many were left injured.
