The selling and disturbing of pornographic material are banned and indulging in them is a major offence in India. While Raj Kundra had claimed that he had long sold the app, he allegedly still looked at updates related to the app’s finances regularly. Raj Kundra’s lawyer claims that the app showed vulgar videos and not pornographic images. He has been named a key conspirator of the case and remains in custody till the 23rd of July.
