This has now been boycotted, the health secretary was to brief the floor leaders in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Congress party and Akali dal have decided to boycott the health secretary briefing. In fact, the Congress party said that the COVID issues should be discussed on the floor of the house and not just with the leaders of the political parties. The Akali Dal also added that 'there will be no such meeting until farms laws are discussed. BJD though has decided to attend the centre's Covid-19 Briefing.
