Now it looks like the ongoing dispute between the two borders has been quelled and the situation on the border is now at its peace. However, Assam Minister Ashok Singhal says that the Mizoram government has not yet withdrawn its police force from the disputed site. Singhal said, “The MHA had ordered CRPF to be deployed. We have given our post to CRPF but the Mizoram government has still not removed its people from the post, which is sad.
