1:49Now PlayingSome news coming in regarding the COVID vaccine in India where a Subject Expert Committee of the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) has given its nod for carrying out a research trial study of mixing doses of Covishield and Covaxin vaccines. The panel has suggested using Bharat Biotech's Covaxin and a nasal vaccine candidate. Furthermore, the panel recommended clinical trials for Biological E's Covid-19 vaccine on children. Biological E’s vaccine application for Phase II/III COVID19 vaccine for kids is also recommended. It is said that final approval from the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) is awaited.
