2:23Now PlayingThe Bombay High Court has reserved the order in the plea filed by businessman Raj Kundra challenging his arrest. Raj Kundra has been in judicial custody with respect to a sex scandal. Kundra's business partner Ryan Thorpe has also been named as an accused and is in police custody. Mirror Now's Santia Gora reports that Kundra told Bombay HC that police didn't serve the notice of appearance before investigating officer under CrPC 41A to him but forced him to sign the notice post his arrest.
