Several experts and scientists are still claiming that the second wave has still not gone. Rapid surge can be seen in the number of cases in the last few days. On July 26th India recorded 30,800 to around 41,000 by the end of the week. Some of the North-Eastern states are under the radar and the swift magnification in the number of cases from these states are red flag that we must watch out for. The R-factor which determines the rate of the growth of the infection has gone above 1 in 4 North-Eastern states which is a matter of concern for the entire country and the healthcare system.
