The report says that death was due to a head injury & also mentions that the victim had several injuries on his head, chest, and back. This incident was thought to be a road accident, but CCTV footage had shown the vehicle deliberately driving into the judge as he walked on the sidewalk, raising speculations of attempted murder by the family.
