2:45Now PlayingAs COVID grips the National Capital, the Delhi government has now started an action plan using colour codes and the new curbs are now based on severity of the spread. The first parameter is the positivity rate. The second parameter is number of weekly cases. The third parameter is occupancy of oxygenated beds. The graded action plan is all set to be implemented in Delhi. According to the yellow alert, that will be severity level 1. Amber alert states the severity level 2.
