The parents of those students who have received either a single dose of COVID vaccine or are fully vaccinated, the students will receive 4 extra numbers. Some students are against the move and citing concerns of faulty supply of COVID vaccine in the state. Since there exists a gap in vaccine management. General Secretary Shashikumar explains the vaccine hesitancy in the state’s rural and urban areas. He further states that this move has been brought in to motivate parents.
