International Monetary Fund has blocked Afghanistan’s emergency reserves. An attempt is now being made to prevent any access to the Taliban to cash reserves in order to maintain security so that Taliban does not have access to the reserves and they end up exploiting it. Taliban, now has access to the most sophisticated missionary that is being supplied to the Afghanistan’s security forces.
