On Thursday, Parliamentary affairs minister Suresh Kumar Khanna tabled the 825-page report in the state assembly. It has concluded in the report that Vikas Dubey had been informed about the raid on his house in advance and mentioned that Dubey had the patronage of police, administrative and revenue authorities.
