14:31Now PlayingThe Health Ministry briefing highlighted how the ministry had asked the Telangana state government to set up the inquiry for the vaccination scam. The Ministry also assured that they will take appropriate action against people who have generated digital certificates by other means. Till now more than 60cr people have been vaccinated in India. When the vaccination drive started in India, 2 lakh people were vaccinated daily which has now changed to an average of around 80 lakh people being vaccinated in a day. When it comes to health care workers 99% of them have been vaccinated with the first dose, 33% of the health care workers have been vaccinated with the second dose. 100% of front-line workers are vaccinated with the first dose and 79% of front-line workers are vaccinated with the second dose. The Ministry also warned the people of India to take proper precautions.
