2:06Now PlayingA major tragedy has happened in the Madurai district of Tamil Nadu where an under-construction flyover collapsed at Madurai Natham road where one worker has died and two people have been reportedly sustained injuries in this accident. A portion of a flyover that was under construction has collapsed and this can be seen as a major fail in terms of govt. projects. The rescue team has reached the spot and a rescue operation is underway. The district administration has confirmed that one worker from Uttar Pradesh Akash Singh died on the spot in this accident and the search operation is still underway. However, the administration is still trying to figure out the reason behind this tragedy. Disaster of government projects has been a major point concern over the time in different states.
