The agitation started in Punjab and shifted epicentre to the Delhi border, but the farmers are congregating in multiple districts of Haryana today. After the incident on Saturday, the lathi charge by the police in Karnal has aggravated the protest. A new dimension to the protest is leader Gurnam Singh Chaduni who claims that one farmer present in the protest passed away later. Reports suggest that he died of a heart attack at which Mr Chaduni now claims that because of the lathi charge, the unfortunate event took place.
