The Supreme Court says the construction of two towers containing a thousand flats was done in violation of rules and therefore must be demolished by Supertech within two months. Supreme Court also directs to refund all the money to the home buyers with 12% interest within two months. Supertech should also pay 2 crores to the RWA of the housing society.
