After the re-opening of educational institutions in several states the question whether the school should have opened or not amidst the rise in number of Covid-19 cases has emerged. The central government has urged to the institutions to ensure vaccination of the teachers. The health ministry has written letters and said the vaccination process for the teaching staff must be prioritized. Today, we discuss about with our panelists whether this is the appropriate time for schools to function. 'Children must go to school but not at the cost of their lives. We need to follow a hybrid model where students can take offline classes if parents allow & can take online classes if parents don't', former TRS MP Dr. Boora Narsaiah Goud said to Tanvi Shukla.
