In his address to the protesting farmers, Captain Amarinder Singh stated that protesting farmers are staging protests at over 131 sites across the state and is resulting in economic loss for the state. He further goes on to say that Punjab is a small state and its conditions should be kept in mind, given that their (farmers') families are also living in Punjab. Haryana Minister Anil Vij has now responded back and stated that Captain Amarinder Singh is provoking the farmers to fight against the three farm laws introduced by the Centre.
