Now, Hyderabad police have announced a reward of ten lakhs rupees to anyone who can provide information. The ministers have not been actually briefed about the accused. Ministers do not know about the issue and now a minister has called for immediate justice, an encounter. In today's debate, we question, is encounter is an answer for the failure of law and order?
