Sources suggest that the healthcare workers were involved in stealing vials from the public healthcare centre. 19 vials of jabs were recovered from the accused who was then charged Rs 250 per dose. Reports state that so far 2 people have been arrested in this case. However, 2 healthcare workers and 1 aide was suspected to be involved. The vaccines were administered at the accused's residence. The Cpos have stated that more healthcare workers might also be involved in this racket.
