Even as the number of Covid-19 cases continues to rise, resident doctors at GMCH-32 are on strike since their demand for quicker NEET-PG counselling 2021 has not been met. They have demanded a restructuring of the academic fee, timely payment of stipends, etc. Despite several discussions and doctor-government meetings, a conclusive solution has yet to be derived. No breakthroughs with Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and resident doctors have been negotiated.
