Anil Deshmukh is already facing an investigation against corruption cases. Earlier, Anil Deshmukh was alleged for involving in corruption for which the court had directed a preliminary inquiry. There was a leak of those preliminary inquiries, the CBI probed that as well and filed a charge sheet. According to the sources, the charge sheet didn't have the name of Anil Deshmukh, the sheet had the name of his lawyer and a Sub-Inspector.
