3:48Now PlayingAs the number of cases of [Covid-19] infection topped 45,000 plus in Kerala today, the state government has imposed further restrictions in the form of a two-day weekend. During a virtual high-level COVID review meeting held by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan from the United States, the panel members decided that only essential services would be allowed on January 23 and 30. The government said district DCs would decide on the level of restrictions to be imposed based on the number of people admitted to hospitals during these two days.
