Bikram Majithia has been accused of his alleged involvement in the drugs case, following which charges were levelled against him under several sections of the NDPS Act. Majithia's petition will be heard by the apex court on Monday and the Supreme Court has also directed the state government to not take any coercive actions against Majijthia until then. Majithia's interim protection plea expired and his anticipatory bail plea was rejected by the Punjab and Haryana Court, following which his lawyer Mukul Rohatgi moved the apex court, seeking an anticipatory bail for Majithia.
