34:45Now PlayingIn today's episode of Urban Debate with Heena Ghambir, we will discuss a transformer blast that destroyed a family. A 55-year-old man and his 19year-old daughter were killed after the state-run Bengaluru electric supply company's transformer exploded.
A father and his daughter were killed as they were on their way back home after booking a convention hall for 19-year-old Chaitanya's engagement.
The police said, "Shivaraj had to come close to the transformer as the road condition was quite bad. If they had not come close they would have escaped unhurt".
"It's not about the numbers, it is about the fact that the negligence of the government has led to the death of 2 people", said Aiyshwarya Mahadev.
The family today is devastated.
