2:08Now PlayingThe war in Ukraine has been raging for close to 40 days now, and the Russian troops have not let up. Russia's move against Ukraine has also invited unfriendly moves from its conflict countries. The sanctions have taken a hit on Russia's economy, and Putin seems more angry than unhappy. In response to strict sanctions, Putin has given an ultimatum to non-friendly countries to pay for the natural gas in roubles or face massive supply cuts. This means that these countries have to open up bank accounts in Russian banks and deposit money there, which does not allow these countries to keep protesting and imposing sanctions.
