Moreover, the SC states that ' no one can be forced to vaccinate,' adding that the bodily autonomy and integrity of an individual are protected under the Constitution of India. This comes in, during an SC hearing today, where the Top Court also directed the Central government to make all the data on 'adverse effects of COVID-19 vaccination' public. The court also endorsed the authority of the GOI to form policies and impose certain conditions for the greater good of the public.
