The visuals showed the terrorist first peeping through the door and then returning again to kill the man. Terrorists fired upon the man, identified as Vijay Kumar, who works at the Ellaquai Dehati Bank at Are, Mohan Pora, in Kulgam district in South Kashmir. He was shot right outside his office. Kumar, who hailed from Hanumangarh in Rajasthan, was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The fresh attack yet again has sparked concerns over safety of non-locals.
