"It was wrong on the part of the state to withdraw such a case. Even if he is a famous personality, it doesn't mean he is excluded from the law of the land", CR Neelakandan, Environmentalist said in a statement to Mirror Now. The reasons for the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court 3, Perumbavoor, for rejecting the plea will be known only when the order is uploaded by the court.
