2:28Now PlayingA robotic team from Gujarat has been called in to rescue an 11-year-old boy, who fell into an 80-foot deep abandoned borewell in Chhattisgarh’s Janjgir-Champa district on Friday. More than 39 hours after a speech and hearing impaired boy fell into a deep borewell, rescue operations are underway for the third consecutive day on Sunday to retrieve the victim. The robotic team is carrying out the rescue operations to save the boy. The 11-year-old Rahul Sahu fell into the deep bore well on Friday, Superintendent of Police Vijay Agrawal informed. The father of the boy got aware of the incident only when family members went on searching for the boy and heard wailing sound from the bore well. Just after the incident, rescue teams of district administration reached the spot and initiated rescue operations.
