6:30Now PlayingAfter denying boarding two passenger, Aviation watch dog DGCA has fined 10 lakhs Rs to #AirIndia. Despite having confirmed tickets Air India had denied two passengers from boarding and many passengers had complained to DGCA. While taking serious action on their complaint DGCA has fined Rs.10 laks to Air India and also issued show cause notice on their act. As per Civil Aviation ministry's policy if any passenger is denied boarding despite having confirma tickets then proper compensation must be paid to them as prescribed in the rule. As Air India did not follow the compensation policy, they have been fined and issued with show cause notice.
